Wikipedia Loses Lawsuit Against NSA

A federal judge has thrown out Wikimedia's lawsuit against the National Security Agency. U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis III ruled that Wikimedia, which publishes Wikipedia, couldn't prove that its contributors had been monitored by the NSA.
