Many consumers in the UK rely on email marketing, according to e-commerce services firm Tryzens. The research included feedback from 1,000 consumers—600 women and 400 men—over 16 years
old, who had made a digital purchase in the past three months. While search was the main channel that consumers used to find a retailer's site or sale at 48 percent, email was not far behind at 42
percent of consumers relying on the channel.
