Almost 70 percent of internet users prefer hearing from brands via email, according to research from Spring Metrics. The research also revealed that the hospitality industry is generating
the highest email open rates. While desktop is leading these opens with 93.3 percent of consumers opening emails on desktops, 67.2 percent of consumers check emails on smartphones and by
