NEW! PNC Bank Creates Functioning Bank Made Of Gingerbread

Since I'm highly motivated by food, this campaign speaks right to me. PNC Bank released its 32nd annual Christmas Price Index on Nov. 30, which mimics the Consumer Price Index by pricing out each gift from the classic Christmas carol "The 12 Days of Christmas." This year, along with an economy lesson, residents in Philadelphia were treated to a fully functional PNC Gingerbread Branch made from gingerbread. I wouldn't go and cash in all your pennies, but I'm sure you could! The PNC Gingerbread Branch was open to the public from Dec. 4-6 at Penn’s Landing. The branch gave visitors hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies, and customers could also open an account or get money from a cookie-encrusted ATM. Check out a making of the video here and a panoramic view of the bank here. Deutsch created the campaign.
