Defense Secretary Used Personal Email For Official Business

Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter used a private email account for official government business early in his career. According to a discovery by The New York Times, the Pentagon chief used this account for at least two months despite the fact that it violated Pentagon rules. He used the account to email top officials and aides on their government accounts.
