Google Developing Messaging App

Google is building a mobile-messaging service using its artificial intelligence and chatbot technology, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the project. The plan requires Google to integrate chatbots, software programs that answer questions inside a messaging app. Users will have the ability o text friends or a chatbot, which will scour the Web and other sources for information to answer a question.
