360i hired Lucia Grillo as head of production, effective January 4. Grillo replaces Joe Jaffe, who is departing 360i later this month. She will oversee 360i's integrated production team and will build
out the agency's production capabilities. Grillo will report to Jonathan Goldmacher, managing director, New York. She spent the past 10 years at Psyop, where she most recently headed up the New York
office as managing director. Grillo got her start as a production manager for the opening and closing ceremonies for the Olympics in Atlanta, and she has held agency positions at JWT and McCann New
York. She has also served on the AICP Digital Board for several years, most recently as vice president.
