Teenagers Respond to Email Faster Than Other Age Groups

Teenagers reply to an email within 13 minutes on average, faster than any other age group, according to the University of Southern California. The researchers looked at 16 billion emails exchanged among 2 million people over the course of a few months and found that 90 percent of people reply to emails they day they receive them. Adults between the ages of 20 and 35 have an average response time of 16 minutes.
