Team One hired Jennifer Bolt as executive director of idea communication, responsible for paid, earned, owned and shared media. The agency's Idea Communication group includes media planning and buying across all platforms, search, experiential marketing and public relations. Prior to joining Team One, Bolt held leadership positions at TracyLocke, Integer, Horizon Media and rVue, an advertising technology startup focused on mobile and digital out-of-home. She has worked for clients like Pepsi, Quaker, T-Mobile, American Airlines, JCPenney, MillerCoors, Harrah's Entertainment, 7-Eleven and Yum! Brands. "Jennifer's deep experience in the media, digital and technology realms will lead Team One's creation of custom content and channels, new platforms and industry-defining campaigns," said Julie Michael, president of Team One.
