Joe Oh has been named CEO FCB West, part of Interpublic Group.
Oh succeeds Dominic Whittles, who is shifting to the position of FCB West Chairman.
Oh, who began his career with FCB San Francisco as an account executive and media planner in 1996, is re-joining the agency from OnCue, the mobile video platform previously known as Intel Media. He served as executive director there.
Earlier, Oh was VP client strategy at Publicis Groupe’s Razorfish, where he led digital strategy for clients such as Activision and Hyundai Motors America.
In 2010 Oh founded consulting firm Oh Collective.
Whittles began his career at FCB San Francisco in 1985 and rose through the ranks from group account director to CEO.
