LA-based 72andSunny, which currently has 13,000 square feet of office space at 30 Cooper Square near Union Square in New York, is taking 50,000 square feet in Dumbo. The new office space will be in 400,000 square feet of renovated coffee warehouse space known as Empire Stores.  

The agency isn't sharing whether or not the new space will replace the old space or just be an additional office location in the city. The agency will occupy newly constructed roof space as well as existing space on other floors of the building. 

The move to the burgeoning creative-focused locale follows similar moves including that of design firm Frog, which left its Manhattan office space for new digs at Dumbo Heights.
