iCrossing's Paramjeet Sanghera is joining Jellyfish as its first chief technology officer to head up technical offerings and strategy. He reports to Jellyfish CEO Rob Pierre. 

Based in the agency's Baltimore headquarters, Sanghera will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the agency’s global technology across all channels, platforms and devices. He will oversee a team of 25. 

"We were looking to build out the agency’s tech team as we were experiencing increasing client demand for tech solutions," said Pierre of the new hire. 

At iCrossing, Sanghera was svp, technology since 2008. Over his 20-year career, he has worked with brands including Toyota, LG Electronics, Putnam Investments, Marriott and Volkswagen of America. 

Jellyfish clients include Under Armour, Stanley Black & Decker, Nestlé and Walden University.
