GENE RAPHAELIAN to the executive management team as vice president, products and services. Raphaelian directs
the research, advisory, and consulting organizations and leads the strategic development of Iconoculture products and services. Raphaelian spent more than 14 years at Gartner Group in various
executive roles including vice president and research director of Gartner’s IT executive programs.
