Deep Focus named Jonathan Lum as US chief strategy officer, reporting to founder and chairman Ian Schafer. Lum will be responsible for overseeing Deep Focus' strategy and analytics disciplines, as
well as the agency's consumer insights consulting team, The Intelligence Group. He will also oversee strategy for the New York hub of Engine, Deep Focus' parent company. Lum brings more than 20 years
of brand strategy and market research experience to the agency. He joins Deep Focus from ICF International/Olson/PulsePoint where he was group strategy officer, responsible for integrating the
company's recent Olson/PulsePoint Group acquisition. He also led the company's management and digital consulting group, working with clients such as Commerce Bank, McDonald's, General Mills,
