Tombras Taps Moffatt For Special Projects

Al Moffatt, former president/CEO of Worldwide Partners, is joining The Tombras Group as the newly created SVP of special projects.

His key priorities will be working with the management team to "help identify and implement new growth areas for the agency, clients, and new business," Moffatt says.

Moffatt will work out of the agency's Knoxville headquarters and report to CEO Charlie Tombras.

Moffatt brings a lot of agency experience to the new role that includes TBWA Chiat/Day, Grey Advertising, and Ketchum Advertising. Prior to joining Tombras, Moffatt spent 12 years at WPI, the network of independent advertising agencies that includes over 70 shops in 50-plus countries.

He also founded and ran his own agency, Moffatt/Rosenthal, for 12 years in Portland, Oregon. Prior to Moffatt/Rosenthal, Moffatt was Managing Director of Cole & Weber/Portland.
