MDC Partners hired Stephanie Nerlich as chief marketing officer, managing director, in Canada, beginning in April. She will oversee marketing and business development across all MDC Partners agencies
in Canada and report to Bob Kantor, chief marketing and business development officer, and Andre Coste, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Nerlich joins the agency from Grey Canada,
where she was president and CEO for five years. While there, she led a national network of agencies, expanded Grey Canada's digital capabilities and drove new business growth, winning Post Foods USA,
HSBC North America, Procter & Gamble, Brown Forman, ATCO and Volvo. Prior to Grey, Nerlich was president and CEO of Lowe Roche in Toronto, where she oversaw all operational and financial duties.
She led a series of brands including Audi, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle Purina and Unilever. "Stephanie has achieved the highest levels of success in our industry by taking the helm of an esteemed
group of agencies and accelerating them to win an enviable list of clients while creating award-winning work," said Kantor.
