$85 Million Patent Victory Against Google Overturned

Google appealed a ruling won by SimpleAir, and on Friday a three-judge panel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decided that the lower court judge didn't interpret the patent claims correctly and that Google does not infringe. It was the largest patent victory -- $85 million -- ever recorded in the U.S.
