Oculus Rift Terms Reveal Advertising Intent

Oculus Rift finally started shipping in the US last week. Buried in the Terms of Service for the device are some rather shady clauses that may make some people think twice before buying. In particular, the Terms of Service state that Oculus can collect "location information", as well as "information about your physical movements and dimensions" when you use the virtual reality headset.
