360i hired three employees in its New York headquarters. Aaron Sedlak was named group creative director and reports to Pierre Lipton, chief creative officer. Prior to 360i, he founded Stranger NY, an
agency which focused on developing digital content for Vevo, Montreal Canadiens, Prestige Brands, Red Bull and Ford Europe, among others. Prior to that, Sedlak was digital creative director on the
VISA World Cup campaign working in partnership with Almap BBDO in Brazil. Felicia Zhang was named vice president, strategy and reports to Lee Maicon, chief strategy officer. Zhang previously worked at
Nike, AKQA, Ogilvy and Cole Haan. Lastly, Suzanne DeMaso joined the agency as vice president of business development, reporting to Abbey Klaassen, chief marketing officer. DeMaso previously served as
senior consultant at Roth Observatory International, where she conducted creative, digital and media reviews for clients including BMW, Sleepy's and PUR Water. Prior to that, she was business
development manager at Draftfcb, where she secured agency wins including Kraft's Gevalia Kaffe, The United States Government's Office of National Drug Control Policy, Barclaycard and the retention of
the Jamaica Tourist Board account.
