WongDoody Los Angeles hired Matt Burgess as creative director. He joins the agency from Olson Minneapolis, where he worked for the last eight years in roles ranging from copywriter to creative
director. Burgess will work with recently-promoted creative director Dennis Lee to lead the agency's efforts for Air New Zealand, National University and Cedars-Sinai. Before Olson, he worked at
Campbell Mithun as a copywriter, producing work for brands including Nature Valley, Burger King, H&R Block, the United Way, to name a few. "We're thrilled that Matt is making the move to LA to
join the WONGDOODY family," said Pam Fujimoto, executive creative director at WongDoody. "He's whip-smart and brings leadership, dedication, and enthusiasm that both our agency and clients will
immediately benefit from."
