San Francisco-based agency Eleven hired Chad Leitz as creative director, tasked with leading creative executions and strategies across the Virgin America, Columbus Foods, and Oakley accounts. Leitz
will report to Mike McKay, chief creative officer of Eleven. Most recently, Leitz was creative director at Google and prior to that a creative director at Apple and FCB Global. He also served as
associate creative director for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Arnold Worldwide. Throughout his career, Leitz has created campaigns for Ocean Spray, Chevy, Sprint, Frito-Lay and McDonald's, to
name a few. "Chad's industry experience is extremely impressive, and his insights and knowledge will be hugely valuable to the agency and our clients," said McKay. "He's worked with some of the
