The Martin Agency London hired Olivia Browne as managing director. She will report to Matt Williams, CEO, and begin work in early summer. Browne joins the agency from 4Creative, Channel 4's in-house
creative agency, where she was group business director. Browne began her career at AMV in 1999, rising to become a board account director in 2006, before joining 4Creative as a business director in
2008. Under her leadership 4Creative won its first ever Bafta for a digital idea and developed 4NewsWall, a news service told in GIFs. She will work alongside Daniel Fisher, an executive creative
director who joined the agency from adam&eveDDB at the end of last year. Browne and Fisher's first task will be to find a planning partner to complete the management lineup. "We've always said we
would take our time to get the right management team in place in London and it has been worth the wait," said Williams. "Olivia is one of the most impressive people I have met in this industry and has
a unique background and skill set. She is a perfect fit for our Martin culture." Martin London opened in June, 2014.
