A new email management application is now available in Microsoft Outlook, thanks to a new add-in released on Tuesday by Swiftpage.
The Denver-based company provides a suite of digital marketing and CRM solutions including Act!, its customer relationship management solution.
The application helps marketers and sales professionals organize customer and prospect contact information in one portal, which can then be the base point for future email communication and marketing messages. By streamlining workflow and processes, marketers can save time and resources that can be spent elsewhere.
Act! Outlook Add-In adds Switftpage’s contact and customer manager to Outlook users, streamlining customer contact details and interaction history within Microsoft’s email application.
Additional features include scheduled activities, to-do lists, triggered interactions, a record of past email and phone call communications and the ability to easily add new email contacts to Act!.
"The Swiftpage integration that brings Act! into Microsoft Outlook will help bring productivity to the forefront for our joint customers," states Rob Howard, director, Office 365 Ecosystem, Microsoft. "With the ability to manage and organize contact information directly in Outlook with fewer clicks, our customers can live and work more efficiently."
