When you think of William Shatner a number of images might pop to mind: Captain Kirk; the cantankerous lawyer on Boston Legal or the funnyman on many a priceline.com commercial. 

Of course he’s also a director, producer, writer, recording artist and horseman. 

And now, you can also think of him as a greeting card personality—a new profession he’s just taken up in a partnership with American Greetings, which was crafted by agency MullenLowe. “What a unique and fun way to say something nice to a friend or even an enemy,” quipped Shatner. 

Shatner has teamed with American Greetings to create ecards that can be personalized by the first name of the person you want to send the card to for 32 occasions such as birthday, thank you, get well, just saying hi and even “winning the Internet.” 

Shatner will make you feel special. In fact, he’ll serenade you with a rendition of “Shout” with help from a back-up ensemble. If you go to the American Greetings website, he’ll let you know that “today, it’s all about you.”
