Starcom MediaVest Group Monday reorganized its Asian operations, moving Blaise D'Sylva, CEO of Northeast Asia to director of media integration for its Allstate account, and consolidating all of its
Asian operations under D. Sriram, who had been CEO of Southeast Asia and India. Sriram was named CEO of SMG's Asia/Pacific region. D'Sylva, meanwhile, moves back to Starcom's Chicago headquarters,
which is located near Allstate's headquarters.
