Publicis' Tanvir Hannan is joining Horizon Media as its first head of conversations to oversee all consumer-based research.
He will focus on identifying and developing new agency approaches and tools, as well as creating and leading the agency’s consumer research. Hannan will also oversee the agency’s Distillery social listening practice and its Finger on the Pulse online research community.
He will be based in New York City and report to Sheri Roder, Chief of the Why Group.
Most recently, Hannan served as SVP, director of strategic research and analytics at Publicis, where he created a multidisciplinary team that identified business and technology trends, leveraged data to report on performance, tested and optimized content.
Earlier, Hannan spent time at Ipsos, Hall & Partners and Nielsen and worked with clients P&G, Abbott Nutrition, Cadillac, Nestle, Sears, Citi and Red Lobster.
