PM Digital, Paradysz Rebranding As PMX Agency

PM Digital and direct response marketing shop Paradysz are rebranding to become one unified brand known as PMX Agency. There are approximately 300 employees at the combined company which is based in New York and helmed by co-CEOs Chris Paradysz and Michael Cousineau.

This makeover follows the February 2016 announcement that PMX Agency entered a strategic relationship with NetBooster, a European and Middle East-based digital performance agency. This partnership is designed to form a global independent agency network with a combined international presence of over 25 offices, 800 employees, 250 leading brands and $500 million in managed media spend.

Paradysz was founded in 1990 by Chris Paradysz and Angelo Matera. PM Digital was the digital piece of the marketing agency business that launched in 2001, and since then the two entities have worked together as an integrated Paradysz + PM Digital.

"The consumer continues to evolve so constantly and radically, particularly with the proliferation of new technologies, media, content forms and methods of communicating and sharing” stated Paradysz.”We've recognized that in this hyper-connected environment, the key to answering the customer's need – what they want, how they want and why they want -- is through a complete and integrated view of their worlds.”

The new name reflects the agency’s history and heritage. The P and the M in PMX Agency acknowledge the original founders, Paradysz and Matera. The rebrand includes updated imagery. The physical X in the logo shows a hidden arrow, which is designed to reflect the agency's dedication to moving forward and staying ahead of its clients’ needs in the ever-evolving landscape.

PMX Agency manages close to $13 billion in e-commerce sales per year, and works with a roster of brands from retail, financial services, education, and publishing, among others.
