Roar Lands Social Duties For Massage Envy

Roar has been selected as the social media agency of record for Massage Envy, a national franchisor of massage and skincare services following a formal review. 

There was no incumbent agency.

The Publicis Groupe-owned agency will manage all social media efforts across Massage Envy’s core channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and web — including social strategy, content creation, digital experiences and social engagement.

Roar’s first project titled The Hug Drive will debut this weekend to coincide with the lead-up to Father's Day. The concept builds off the message to utilize massage and skincare services as a part of a consumer's wellness routine. This idea was introduced in Massage Envy's latest advertising campaign called "Because Everything" that removes words such as "luxury," "pamper" and "treat" usually associated with massage and facials.

Roar will also partner with Massage Envy's other agencies for integrated projects. Roar's social efforts will support a number of key strategic initiatives throughout the year; as well as activate a continued dialogue with the Massage Envy community.
