Author and professor Cal Newport thinks that the way to inbox zero is through longer emails. The idea being that longer more well-thought out emails will reduce the amount of emails
in and out of a user's inbox. He follows the "process-centric email" method in which he stresses finding the purpose of the email thread, coming up with a process to send less emails and then
explaining that process to the recipient to encourage collaboration.
