SQAD Offers First Look at Media-Cost Analytic Tool'

SQAD Wednesday unveiled DATAVue, a new system for tracking local market advertising, during the American Association of Advertising Agencies' media conference in New Orleans. The new system, which is still in beta testing, promises to improve upon SQAD for Windows, which builds reports for SQAD's three spot databases: Spot TV, Spot Radio, and Hispanic Spot TV. The improvement over SQAD for Windows, which was first introduced in 1989, lies in DATAVue's flexibility in allowing users to design their own report format, a SQAD spokeswoman said. -- D.K.
