REVOLVING DOOR: Allen & Gerritsen Hires 2, Promotes 1

Allen & Gerritsen hired Pete Valle as a group creative director and Marie Rockett as an associate creative director. In addition, Chris Lee was promoted from vice president, creative director to senior vice president, group creative director. Valle joins the agency from Arnold Worldwide, where he worked on the Jack Daniels, Progressive Insurance and Solar City accounts. Prior to Arnold, Valle spent three years as an associate creative director at SapientNitro where he worked on digital campaigns for Chrysler, Ram Trucks, Jeep and Dodge. Rockett previously worked at SapientNitro on cross-channel campaigns for Dunkin Brands, including its partnership with Liverpool Football Club. She also worked on social campaigns for British Airways and digital campaigns for Citizens Bank. Prior to Sapient, she worked at Forge Worldwide and PARTNERS+simons. In his new role, Lee, who joined the agency in 2011, will lead the agency's B2B creative discipline. "We live and breathe our culture code every day," said Jennifer Putnam, chief creative officer. "Pete, Marie and Chris are indeed 'badass and brainy' and innovation is their playground. I feel so lucky to be part of what we have going on at A&G and I can't wait to see what we make next."
