McCann's Villanueva Jumps To Walton Isaacson For New Top Strategy Post


Christine Villanueva has been named to the new position of SVP, head of strategy at Walton Isaacson, effective immediately.

Based at Walton Isaacson’s New York office, Villanueva will work across the agency network with responsibility for all research, insight, analytics and strategic planning. She will report to Jeff Davidoff who last month was named president of the agency.

Villanueva, who holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan, joins the agency from McCann New York, where she was EVP, executive strategy and analytics director working with various brands, such as Office Depot, Nespresso and Nikon.

Before McCann, she was EVP, head of planning, research and analytics at GlobalHue, a multicultural agency where she worked with clients that included Walmart, Coke, Chrysler, Jeep, and Pepsi. She has also held leadership positions at Saatchi & Saatchi NY and Ogilvy & Mather.
