Clinton Told FBI That Colin Powell Suggested Private Email Account

Hillary Clinton told FBI investigators that it was former Secretary of State Colin Powell's idea to use a personal email account. The FBI's investigation notes were released to Congress this week and The New York Times reported that Clinton told her that Powell suggested the idea to her at a dinner party. He reportedly told her that she should not use it for classified information.
