Citigroup Email Confuses Costco Members

Citigroup mistakenly sent out an email to Costco members last week reporting that their memberships had been cancelled. The company apologized and sent a follow up email explaining that member cards are still active. Citigroup took over the credit card program for Costco back in June after the retailer's 16-year partnership with American Express.
