Work Email After Hours Leads to Burnout, New Study Finds

Another study has come out pointing to the damaging effect of checking email after work. The latest study comes from Liuba Belkin of Lehigh University, William Becker of Virginia Tech and Samantha A. Conroy of Colorado State University. The study looked at data from 297 working adults, to track their emotions and found that emailing when they were supposed to be off hurt life work balance and led to burnout.
