CreativeDrive Appoints Agency Vet Cavallo CFO


New York-based digital content creator and marketing solutions platform CreativeDrive has named agency veteran Louis-Philippe Cavallo CFO. He reports to company CEO Paul Price.

For the past year Cavallo was corporate controller at Dataminr. Before that he was managing partner/controller of GroupM which he joined after seven years at Havas North America as CFO and head of Shared Services. In the Havas role, he led financial planning and analysis supporting the global and regional CEO and CFO while providing local support for the Paris based Executive Board. Earlier he was with JCDecaux, working first in Paris as International Controller and then in New York as Controller.

Commenting on the appointment, Price stated that “Louis-Philippe brings a broad and deep background in the financial management of marketing services and production operations to CreativeDrive. His leadership experience with top global holding companies such as WPP and Havas will be a valuable addition at this stage in our growth.”

Price, who joined the company as CEO last October, also has extensive agency credentials. He spent a decade at Omnicom’s DDB (1998-2008) before being named Global President at sibling agency Rapp. He then spent 5-plus years as CEO at marketing technology firm Creative Realities before joining CreativeDrive, which is owned by Bertram Capital.

The company operates in three primary markets including mass merchandise retail, fashion apparel and accessories and consumer products goods. It manages a portfolio of creative services brands including Sandbox Studio, OneKreate, Totem Creative, and Dune Studios.
