REVOLVING DOOR: Mcgarrybowen Mixes Up Leadership Team

Mcgarrybowen is reshuffling its U.S. strategic leadership team with Conner Huber joining as chief strategy officer, replacing Phil Gaughran who moves into the newly created role of U.S. chief integration officer.

Huber takes the strategy reins for mcgarrybowen New York and will report to global chief strategy officer Jennifer Zimmerman. She joins the agency from Goodby Silverstein & Partners New York, where she was head of brand strategy. Huber also has worked at Commonwealth McCann, Wieden + Kennedy, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Modernista! and Fallon.

Gaughran's promotion is a "testament to the agency's commitment to creative innovation," they say. He will lead the building and development of talent, capabilities, and partnerships as well as spearhead a new era of integration needs across all its U.S. business. He reports to U.S. CEO Simon Pearce.
