The U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday is scheduled to hear a case that could redefine the laws governing entertainment industry copyrights. The case, which was brought against online peer-to-peer
file-sharing companies Grokster and StreamCast Networks by the major Hollywood studios, is going to the High Court after the Ninth Court of Appeals ruled in August that operators of such software were
