Airlines Add Airport Perks

The United Club under construction at O'Hare International Airport was originally built in the 1980s and looked the part, with wood finishes, a black-tile bathroom, and a limited selection of both snacks and electrical outlets. Airlines are taking a second look at the extra niceties offered to the top customers that airlines want to keep loyal.
