On Monday, GumGum announced the promotion of Phil Schraeder to president and COO. Schraeder had formerly served as the company's COO/CFO.

Along with the promotion, Schraeder will lead GumGum’s sales team, having served as an integral part of recent deals with both advertisers and publishers.

Schraeder joined the GumGum team in 2011 as the VP of finance, and was promoted to COO/CFO in March of 2013.
