REVOLVING DOOR: TMW Unlimited Reshuffles Executive Suite

TMW Unlimited is promoting several executives as part of a restructure designed to strengthen its senior account management team.

Fifteen year veteran Alex Burley has been promoted to managing director and will serve as a member of the executive board. He has worked his way up through the agency, having previously served as managing partner as well as client services director and business director. The most recent MD was Chris Pearce, who is now CEO; the MD post was dormant for awhile. Burley reports to Pearce.

Emma Norman was promoted to client services director, up from group business director, reporting to Burley. She will also join the management board. Having been with the agency more than seven years, Norman has led the Sony Mobile, Unilever and Virgin Trains accounts.

Meanwhile, Emma Lester and Michael Wells have both been promoted to business director from their previous roles of group account directors. Lester, who was previously at Proximity London, will be leading the Sony Mobile and Virgin Trains accounts. Wells, who led the #TurnOffToTurnOn campaign for Durex will be leading the Canon, Vodafone, HSBC and Diageo accounts.

Lastly, Alastair McLeod was named business director to lead its automotive accounts: Nissan and its luxury car brand Infiniti. McLeod joins the agency from Rapier, having previously worked at OgilvyOne and Partners Andrews Aldridge.

"It's always fantastic to promote from within and these recent elevations are a testament to the depth of talent we have at TMW Unlimited," says Pearce. "Over the last 12 months, we've seen huge organic growth and so strengthening our senior team to offer clients the best service is absolutely our priority.”

All executives will be based in London.
