Anheuser-Busch Buys Another Craft Brewery

Beer giant Anheuser-Busch has agreed to acquire Texas craft brewer Karbach Brewing for an undisclosed sum. Karbach joins a portfolio of craft breweries within The High End, the business unit within Anheuser-Busch that concentrates on its craft and import brands. Karbach’s MainStay brews include Hopadillo IPA, Kolsch Love Street and a pale ale, Weekend Warrior.
