Spark Growth hired Lauren Karasek as executive director of social media to lead and expand its social media practice. Most recently, Karasek served as senior vice president of social media strategy at MWWPR where she led social strategy for clients including Tyson Foods, Deloitte, Waste Management and Keurig Green Mountain.
