AT&T Readies Details Of Streaming Service, Says Report

AT&T may be hoping a free Apple TV or Amazon Fire TV stick may be enough to get you to sign up for its upcoming DirecTV Now streaming video service. The telecom giant could offer the streaming devices to people who subscribe to the service, according to a Variety report Sunday based on leaked customer-support documents. Consumers who commit to being subscribers for at least three months will be able to get a free Apple TV; those who pay for a single month earn a free Fire TV Stick.
