Gavin Advertising, a digitally-focused PR and marketing agency, is acquiring TFM Advertising to "redefine the full-service agency" to include virtual reality, large-scale video production and national brand marketing and strategy.  

"These are the services we believe today’s clients need, and quite frankly, expect," the agency said in a release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.  

TFM Advertising founder Tom Hollerbach will become Gavin's new agency president. Gavin founder Mandy Arnold will shift to CEO, focusing on the agency’s vision for the future, while overseeing public relations, crisis communications and brand strategy.  

The 21-staff agency will maintain its downtown headquarters in York, PA, but will also continue to have an office in TFM's base in Harrisburg, PA.
