MailChimp Exec Explains How He Manages His Own Inbox

MailChimp's Jon Smith may be in the email business, but that doesn't mean that he spends all of his time on email. In fact, the executive likes to limit his time spent on email to 90 minutes a day. His approach is to have no more than 70 emails in his inbox at any given time. He's tried various approaches to manage his inbox so well. Folders has not helped. Marking important emails as unread does help because it keeps his priorities top of mind.
