Newman's Own Hit With Pasta Sauce Lawsuit

Newman’s Own Inc. has been hit with a proposed class action in federal court alleging that the company touts more than a dozen of its pasta sauces as being "all natural" when they actually contain citric acid, a synthetic ingredient. The complaint alleges that the company is misleading consumers in an effort to capitalize on the popularity of natural foods.
