Complain Online And JBL May Gift You This Holiday Season

Speaker company JBL and its agency KBS are hoping to raise some holiday cheer with the Gift Good Vibes program running through the season. This is the first time that JBL has engaged consumers on social with custom content and via one-to-one conversations.

Through social monitoring, JBL Ambassadors are seeking out people on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram who are complaining about the holidays and audio-related problems. These complaints range from gripes about the cold weather to Christmas music and broken headphones.

Then, JBL will contact these individuals to say they have been selected to receive free products. Each time they send out a gift, it will arrive in a uniquely designed package with vibrant colored gift wrap, and include a card that invites the gift receiver to share their experience with JBL on their own social channels using the #GiftGoodVibes hashtag.

To help further spark online chatter, The Late Show’s Gospel Choir is also taking over JBL’s social channels before Christmas to "use the power of music" to respond to holiday complaints in real-time.
