REVOLVING DOOR: Isobar Hires Three

Isobar hires in its Boston office. Kenny Rennard joined as an executive creative director and Steve Coy and Jason Szatmary were named vice presidents. All three will report to Geoff Cubitt and Jeff Maling, co-CEOs.

Prior to Isobar, Rennard had spent a decade at Digitas. While there, he led accounts such as Bank of America, GM and Harley Davidson, overseeing a team of nearly 40 creatives.

Coy is responsible for managing a number of business across the Boston and New York offices, including Hannaford and Sotheby's. In addition, he will help lead new practice and service development, with a focus on new business. Prior to Isobar, Coy was director of client services at SapientNitro. While there, he had full P&L and sales responsibility for a portfolio of businesses. Before SapientNitro, Coy was director, business consulting at Oracle.

Szatmary also joins the agency from SapientNitro, where he served as group account director. He was also accountable for creating and driving the account strategy, casting, new business development, operations, negotiating commercial terms, pricing and contract authoring.
