Seattle-based Rational Interaction named Alison Tintle as executive creative director. Tintle recently worked for POP, and prior to that held positions at Saatchi & Saatchi and VML, working on clients like Microsoft, F5 Adobe, Intel and VMware.

"Over the past few years, Rational has built out our in-house capabilities, including video, to become a one-stop shop for our clients," said Joseph Debons, principal and executive managing director at Rational Interaction.
